Items are shipped within 5 days of receiving an order. Shipping costs are $29.95 including insurance. For shipping to Hawaii or Alaska add $5.00. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Shipping is available to street addresses only. No P.O. Boxes.

Returns: Pursuant to our stressless 5-day money back guarantee, our customers enjoy 5 full days to approve merchandise. The 5 days is counted from the day a shipment is received from us, not the order date. We retain delivery confirmation information from the carrier on all shipments. Gemagine can only credit the account originally used for the purchase. Returns are processed and credits issued within 48 business hours from receipt. The posting of credits to customers credit card accounts usually happens within 24 to 48 business hours from the time a credit is issued by GEMAGINE, but that time can vary depending on the customer's card issuer.

Please note: for your protection, every piece is closely inspected and photographed immediately prior to shipping. Gemagine will, under NO circumstances, accept a return for items that have been worn and/ or show visible signs of damage or abuse. All shipping charges include insurance. No item may be shipped to or from Gemagine without being insured for full retail value.
